Sam Concepcion and Ynna Asistio in MMK (February 8)

ABS-CBN’s “Maalaala Mo Kaya” ushers the month of hearts with a cute story that will make viewers smile and realize the real ‘face’ of love. Being a super fan of actress Sheryl Cruz, Tirso (to be played by Sam Concepcion) dreamt of nothing but to have a girlfriend as beautiful as her. 

So when his father told him to marry someone who was a far cry from his dream girl Sheryl, he left their house and lived away from his family. Will Tirso still run away when he finally sees a Sheryl Cruz look-a-like? 

Also part of the upcoming “MMK” episode are Ynna Asistio, Malou Crisologo, Noel Colet, CJ Navato, Giselle Sanchez and William Lorenzo. The Nuel C. Naval-directed episode is written by Joan Habana and Arah Jell Badayos, and researched by Michelle Joy Guerrero. 

“MMK” is led by business unit head Malou Santos, production manager Roda Dela Cerna, and executive producers Lindsay Dizon, Fe Catherine San Pablo, and Niña Laureano.

Ariel Rivera, Ynna Asistio, Marco Gumabao on MMK Family Drama (August 24)

Award-winning actor Ariel Rivera will make viewers cry this Saturday (August 24) in the upcoming family drama episode of “Maalaala Mo Kaya.” 

Ariel will play the role of Eddy, a father who has two families–one in Albay, while the second resides in Bacolod. How could a father forget about his first family with his children all hoping that he would help them out from poverty? 

Together with Ariel in the upcoming “MMK” episode are Sheryl Cruz, Trina Legaspi, Marco Gumabao, John Wayne Sace, Karen Reyes, JB Agustin, Joseph Bitangcol, Alfred Labatos, Marissa Sanchez, Matthew Mendoza, Jong Cuenco, Louella de Cordova, Celine Lim, Jed Montero, Erin Ocampo, Arnold Reyes, and new Kapamilya star Ynna Asistio. The story was researched by Alexandra Mae Martin, written by Benjamin Benson Logronio and Arah Jell Badayos, and directed by Raz De la Torre.
