Kim Chiu and Xian Lim Acoustic Prod on ASAP 18 | KimXi in 'Kilig' Duet (Dec 8)

One of today's hottest love teams Kim Chiu and Xian Lim did an acoustic duet for the first time on ASAP 18 stage. KimXi on Sunday took on their guitars with Jireh Lim’s Magkabilang Mundo.

The acoustic production number of Kim and Xian became a top trending topic on Twitter with the hashtag #KIMXIAcousticProdOnASAP18. Fans anticipating for the duet were treated to a more 'kilig' when the love team shared the same microphone in the latter part of the song.

Xian Lim and Kim Chiu were awarded as this year’s ASAP Pop Love Team in the ASAP Pop Viewers' Choice 2013 (CLICK HERE for the complete list of winners). Their fans club KimXi also won in their category.

Star Magic Ball 2013 Awards and Winners: KathNiel, KimXi and More

The Star Magic Ball 2013 was held successfully Saturday night, September 7 at the Fairmont Hotel in Makati City gathering the country's brightest stars wearing their ball gowns and suits made by the Philippines' top fashion designers (Click here for the red carpet photos of stars in their ball gowns and suits).

Aside from the fab red carpet showcase, the night also celebrated Star Magic's 21 years of honing and polishing gems and its undisputed leadership in talent development. A night of performances, camaraderie and glam, the magic truly continues.

Got to Believe stars Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla (KathNiel) beat last year's winner KimXi tandem for the 'Couple of the Night' award. However, Kim Chiu and Xian Lim were hailed as Fabulous Pair of the night.

Star Cinema's Bakit Hindi Ka Crush ng Crush Mo starring Kim Chiu and Xian Lim has grossed P102.36 million in 3 weeks according to third party tabulator Box Office Mojo (BOM).  

A certified box office success, Bakit Hindi Ka Crush ng Crush Mo of KimXi is the third Pinoy film to hit the P100-million mark this year, next to It Takes A Man and A Woman and Four Sisters and A Wedding. The film will also be Kim Chiu and Xian Lim's highest-grossing movie to date.

Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters reigned Philippine box office for the period of August 14-18, raking P120 million in just 2 weeks, followed by debuting films The Internship and Kick-Ass 2.

KimXi's first ever tandem in the big screen is a certified blockbuster with Bakit Hindi Ka Crush ng Crush Mo doing so well in the box office. A proof is the latest tally of Box Office Mojo reporting that the movie of Kim Chiu and Xian Lim has grossed P92.66 million in just 12 days.

Bakit Hindi Ka Crush ng Crush Mo is the third film that is sure to hit the P100-million mark this year. On its own tally, Star Cinema said that the movie has already crossed the said mark on August 10.

Meanwhile, comdey movie Raketeros starring Mayor Herbert Bautista, Ogie Alcasid, Dennis Padilla, Andrew E. and Long Mejia raked in P4.6 million on its first 5 days of showing. Produced by Heaven's Best, the movie is distributed by Star Cinema.

Bakit Hindi Ka Crush ng Crush Mo Gross P100-M in Less than 2 Weeks | Box Office Update

Star Cinema's Bakit Hindi Ka Crush ng Crush Mo starring Kim Chiu and Xian Lim has breached the P100 million mark in less than two weeks according Star Cinema.

"P100M mark! congrats @prinsesachinita at @XianLimm! #BakitHindiKaCrushNgCrushMo!! :)," posted Mico del Rosario, Star Cinema's advertising and promotions manager, on Twitter.

Bakit Hindi Ka Crush ng Crush Mo, the first ever big screen team up of Kim and Xian (KimXi), opened in cinemas last July 31 raking P10.5 million. Third party tabulator Box Office Mojo reported that the movie grossed P51.7 million on its first 5 days, making it a certified box office success.

Bakit Hindi Ka Crush ng Crush Mo? is a ‘self-help’ comedy movie about the lives of brainy ‘ugly duckling’ employee Sandy Veloso (Kim) and his rich and dashing boss Alex Prieto (Xian).

Directed by Bb. Joyce Bernal and based from the book of Ramon Bautista, Bakit Hindi Ka Crush ng Crush Mo is still showing in theaters nationwide. Star Cinema will be distributing Gov. JC de Vera Strips, Does Macho Dancing on GGV - August 4 (Video)

He was warmly welcomed as a Kapamilya but JC de Vera returned the warm atmosphere by heating up the studio of Gandang Gabi Vice on Sunday, August 4. JC did strip for Vice Ganda, teasing not only the hosts but also the audience.

JC showed off his rock hard abs on GGV, first with the request of a fan (who also assisted JC in taking off his short-sleeved polo) and the second time when he performed a macho dancing strip tease for Vice Ganda. JC is supposed to do the "whoops kiri" step but was unable to follow so he just offered himself to do macho dancing.

JC de Vera is one of Vice Ganda's guests on GGV Sunday, along with Xian Lim and Kim Chiu (dressed as Sandy, her character in the latest KimXi movie Bakit Hindi Ka Crush ng Crush Mo). Check out the video of JC de Vera macho dancing and strip tease on GGV.

Star Cinema's Bakit Hindi Ka Crush ng Crush Mo starring Kim Chiu and Xian Lim has grossed P10.5 million on its first day of showing according to the film outfit.

The movie, which is based on Ramon Bautista's book of the same title, opened in cinemas on Wednesday (July 31). Despite huge competition from Hollywood and the rains brought about by tropical depression Jolina, Bakit Hindi Ka Crush ng Crush Mo still managed to make a mark in the box office.

Fans would usually scream at the sight of them but this Saturday (July 27), sought-after love team Kim Chiu and Xian Lim will be the ones screaming at the sight of 24 briefcases being opened one by one as they play in the hit weekend game show “Kapamilya Deal or No Deal.” 

The KimXi bond will be put to test as Kim and Xian attempt to make the best deal with the Banker and win up to P2 million. This early, fans are already creating a buzz about the episode on various social networking sites after the episode’s TV plug showed “kilig” moments between the two certified ‘crush ng bayan.’

Kim Chiu and Xian Lim Hailed Yahoo OMG! Awards 2013 Love Team of the Year

Popular kilig tandem Kim Chiu and Xian Lim bagged the Love Team of the Year award in the Yahoo OMG! Awards 2013 held July 19 at the MOA Arena.

KimXi, with 325,453 votes, beat strong love team contenders Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo, who got 212,513 votes. 

Real-life couple Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes placed third with 88,953 votes. Be Careful With My Heart partners Richard Yap and Jodi Sta. Maria took the fourth place with 69,559, while Mundo Mo’y Akin love team Louise delos Reyes and Alden Richards placed fifth with 18,258 votes.

This is the second time that Kim and Xian won the said title, the first on last year’s Yahoo OMG! Awards were they emerged as the big winner, also capturing the Breakthrough Actor and Actress awards (now handled by Enrique Gil and Kathryn Bernardo).

Kim Chiu and Xian Lim started as a love team in the hit series My Binondo Girl. Their tandem has a follow up in the phenomenal Ina Kapatid Anak, which won this year's Yahoo OMG! Best Teleserye Award (CLICK HERE for the complete list of winners).

Kim and Xian will continue to bring "kilig" to fans via their first big screen team up Bakit Hindi Ka Crush ng Crush Mo which will premiere in theaters this July 31.
